           For anyone who eats vegetarian food , it may be difficult to choose food. When I make it myself, I can’t think of much but make the same old menu until I get bored. So, today, let’s try making snacks to eat that aren’t monotonous, shall we? This recipe uses ready-made spring roll dough. Samosa ingredients

  1.      •  Indian Butter (Ghee) 2 tbsp.
  2.      •  1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds.
  3.      •  Cumin seeds (Cumin) ½ teaspoon
  4.      •  1/2 small diced shallot.
  5.      •  1 finely chopped chili pepper.
  6.      •  1 head of garlic, finely chopped.
  7.      •  1 piece of ginger, 2 cm., chopped.
  8.      •  1/2 cup frozen peas
  9.      •  1 small diced potato.
  10.      •  200 g cauliflower
  11.      •  1 small diced carrot.
  12.      •  2 teaspoons curry powder
  13.      •  1/2 cup water
  14.      •  1/2 tablespoon lemon juice.
  15.      •  1 teaspoon of salt
  16.      •  250 grams of ready-made spring rolls.

How to make samosas

 1. Fry Indian butter with mustard seeds and cumin seeds until fragrant. Add shallots and stir-fry until soft. Followed by garlic, ginger and chili peppers. Stir until combined, about 2-3 minutes.
          2. Add green peas, potatoes, cauliflower and carrots and stir-fry until cooked and well combined.
          3. When the vegetables start to cook, add the curry powder, water, and lime juice. Season with salt. Reduce the heat to low. Stir everything until well mixed. Scoop into a bowl and set aside.
          4. Take the spring roll pastry and cut it into 3 equal parts. Lay the spring roll pastry in 2 layers. Spoon the filling mixture (about 2 tablespoons) onto the tip of the pastry and gently shape it into a triangle shape. Roll the dough up to the end of the dough sheet. Cover the dough sheet with water to prevent the filling from coming out. Cook until complete. Set aside.
          5. Add oil to the pan. Wait until the oil is about 180 degrees Celsius. Fry the prepared samosas until the batter is yellow-brown. Scoop up and drain the oil. Arrange on a plate and serve while hot.
           You see, the method is not difficult or complicated at all. Just stir-fry, fold, fry and you have a vegetable-filled samosa as a snack to eat and enjoy.
